Prof. Liucun Zhu. A professor and senior engineer researcher, an elected foreign academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences and the National Academy of Engineering of Ukraine, a national distinguished expert, a leading talent in Jiangsu “333 Project”, an innovation special expert in Zhejiang, and a Ba Gui Scholar in Guangxi. He currently serves as the director of the Advanced Science and Technology Research Institute at Beibu Gulf University and is a doctoral supervisor in Software Engineering at Yangzhou University and Mechanical Engineering at Guangxi University. He is also the chairman of the Smart Ocean branch and vice-chairman of the Intelligent Manufacturing branch of the Guangxi Artificial Intelligence Society. Professor Zhu earned his Ph.D. in Robotics and Automation from Nagoya Institute of Technology in Japan. He has previously worked at Toyota Motor Corporation and Nippon Steel, and has extensive experience in artificial intelligence, robotics technology, measurement and control technology, and computer applications. He has a global perspective and practical experience, familiar with the new product development processes and management systems of large international enterprises. He has led or participated in over 50 national, provincial, and municipal research projects, more than 200 horizontal projects, published over 200 papers, secured over 100 software copyrights, and applied for more than 200 patents.
Porf. Jing Liping, is Ph.D. supervisor at Beijing Jiaotong University, and is currently the vice dean of the School of Computer and Information Technology. She is the deputy director of the Special Committee on Artificial Intelligence and Pattern Recognition of the Chinese Computer Society, the standing committee of the Special Committee on Machine Learning of the Chinese Society for Artificial Intelligence, the youth editorial board member of Science in China, and has been selected as one of the National Young Talent Programs, the leader of the Ministry of Education's Innovation Team, the Beijing Curriculum Civics and Politics Teaching Master, the People's Congress of the Haidian District of Beijing City, and the Excellence Hundred of BJT University. She has been honored as one of the "Top Ten Women" and "Outstanding Teacher" by Beijing Jiaotong University. She has presided over a number of provincial, ministerial and national projects, including the National Natural Fund for Excellent Youth Project, the Ministry of Science and Technology's New Generation of Artificial Intelligence Major Special Project, the National Defense Science and Technology Innovation Key Project, and the Key Research Topics of the Beijing Municipal Natural Fund. His research focuses on machine learning theory and algorithms and their applications in the field of intelligence, and he has successively proposed a series of high-dimensional data representation, weakly supervised learning, and interpretable learning theories and methods, and his research results have been published in domestic and international important academic journals and conferences in recent years (including CCF-A class top international academic conferences NeurIPS, AAAI, ACL, ICCV, ICLR, WWW, CVPR, ICLR, IJCAI, top academic journals JMLR, IJCV, IEEE TPAMI / TKDE / TIP, etc.), and the related research results have been successfully applied in the fields of intelligent transportation, intelligent chips, intelligent education, intelligent national defense, and so on.
Prof. Dr. Yudong Zhang
Prof. Yudong Zhang work at University of Leicester and King Abdulaziz University. His research interests include deep learning and medical image analysis. He is the Fellow of IET, Fellow of EAI, and Fellow of BCS. He is the Senior Member of IEEE and ACM. He is the Distinguished Speaker of ACM. He was 2019, 2021 & 2022 recipient of Clarivate Highly Cited Researcher. He has (co)authored over 400 peer-reviewed articles. There are more than 60 ESI Highly Cited Papers and 6 ESI Hot Papers in his (co)authored publications. His citation reached 28680 in Google Scholar (h-index 95). He is the editor of Neural Networks, IEEE TITS, IEEE TCSVT, IEEE JBHI, etc. He has conducted many successful industrial projects and academic grants from NIH, Royal Society, British Council, GCRF, EPSRC, MRC, BBSRC, Hope, and NSFC. He has served as (Co-)Chair for more than 60 international conferences (including more than 20 IEEE or ACM conferences). Cheng Zhong, Ph. D.
Cheng Zhong, Ph. D., Professor for Computer Science, Supervisor for Ph. D. and M.Sc. candidates in Guangxi University. His research interests include parallel and distribute computing, biomedical information computing, and network information security. He is an outstanding member of the Chinese Computer Society, Vice Chairman of Guangxi Computer Society, the editorial board member for Frontiers of Computer Science and Technology, and Journal of Chinese Computer Systems. He serves as the Chair/Co-Chair, Vice Chair, and Member of the Program Committees for several international and national academic conferences, as well as a reviewer for important academic journals. He has presided over 10 research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs of China, the Guangxi Natural Science Foundation, the Guangxi Science Research and Technology Development Program, and the K.
