Prof. Rongrong Ji, is a Nanqiang Distinguished Professor at Xiamen University, the Deputy Director of the Office of Science and Technology at Xiamen University, and the Director of Media Analytics and Computing Lab. He was awarded as the National Science Foundation for Excellent Young Scholars (2014), the National Ten Thousand Plan for Young Top Talents (2017), and the National Science Fundation for Distinguished Young Scholars (2020). His research falls in the field of computer vision, multimedia analysis, and machine learning. He has published 50+ papers in ACM/IEEE Transactions, including TPAMI and IJCV, and 100+ full papers on top-tier conferences, such as CVPR and NeurIPS. His publications have got over 20K citations in Google Scholar. He was the recipient of the Best Paper Award of ACM Multimedia 2011. He has served as Area Chairs in top-tier conferences such as CVPR and ACM Multimedia. He is also an Advisory Member for Artificial Intelligence Construction in the Electronic Information Education Commitee of the National Ministry of Education.

Porf. Jing Liping,  is Ph.D. supervisor at Beijing Jiaotong University, and is currently the vice dean of the School of Computer and Information Technology. She is the deputy director of the Special Committee on Artificial Intelligence and Pattern Recognition of the Chinese Computer Society, the standing committee of the Special Committee on Machine Learning of the Chinese Society for Artificial Intelligence, the youth editorial board member of Science in China, and has been selected as one of the National Young Talent Programs, the leader of the Ministry of Education's Innovation Team, the Beijing Curriculum Civics and Politics Teaching Master, the People's Congress of the Haidian District of Beijing City, and the Excellence Hundred of BJT University. She has been honored as one of the "Top Ten Women" and "Outstanding Teacher" by Beijing Jiaotong University. She has presided over a number of provincial, ministerial and national projects, including the National Natural Fund for Excellent Youth Project, the Ministry of Science and Technology's New Generation of Artificial Intelligence Major Special Project, the National Defense Science and Technology Innovation Key Project, and the Key Research Topics of the Beijing Municipal Natural Fund. His research focuses on machine learning theory and algorithms and their applications in the field of intelligence, and he has successively proposed a series of high-dimensional data representation, weakly supervised learning, and interpretable learning theories and methods, and his research results have been published in domestic and international important academic journals and conferences in recent years (including CCF-A class top international academic conferences NeurIPS, AAAI, ACL, ICCV, ICLR, WWW, CVPR, ICLR, IJCAI, top academic journals JMLR, IJCV, IEEE TPAMI / TKDE / TIP, etc.), and the related research results have been successfully applied in the fields of intelligent transportation, intelligent chips, intelligent education, intelligent national defense, and so on.

Hong-Kai Xiong is a Cheung Kong Distinguished Professor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU). In 2014, he received National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholar Award from Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). In 2017, he received the Science and Technology Innovative Leader Talent Award. Currently, he is with both Dept. Electronic Engineering and Dept. Computer Science and Engineering. He served as the Vice Dean of Zhiyuan College in SJTU. He received the Ph.D. degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU), Shanghai, China, in 2003. Since then, he has been with the Department of Electronic Engineering, SJTU. From 2007 to 2008, he was a Research Scholar in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Carnegie Mellon University (CMU), Pittsburgh, PA, USA. During 2011-2012, he was a Scientist with the Division of Biomedical Informatics at the University of California (UCSD), San Diego, CA, USA.

His research interests mainly span multimedia signal processing, multimedia communication and networking, image and video coding, computer vision, biomedical informatics, and machine learning. He published over 300 refereed journal and conference papers, including about 90 IEEE/ACM Transactions/Journal papers and 110 high-ranked conference papers, e.g. ICML, ICLR, CVPR etc. He has been authorized with near 70 patents from China and the United States. He was the co-author of the TOP Paper Award of ACM Multimedia (ACM MM 2022). He has received numerous awards, including Shanghai Youth Science and Technology Distinguished Accomplishment Award, Shanghai Academic Research Leader Talent Award, the First Prize of the Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award, the First Prize of Natural Science of The Chinese Institute of Electronics, the First Prize of the Shanghai Technological Innovation Award, etc.

He has ever served as an Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology (T-CSVT). In addition, he has served as the Area Chair and technical program committee members for many prestigious academic conferences, such as IEEE CVPR, ACM MM, ICASSP, ISCAS, ICCV, and ICPR. He is a Senior Member of the IEEE. 

Zhou Su, Xi'an Jiaotong University

Zhou Su is the dean of School of Cyber Science and Engineering, Xi'an Jiaotong University. His research interests include IoT, CPS, AI security, wireless network security and optimization. He received the best paper awards of IEEE WCNC2023, IEEE IWCMC2022,IEEE ICC2020,etc. He is an Associate Editor of IEEE Internet of Things Journal, IEEE Open Journal of Computer Society, etc.

Dr. Xiaoying Tang

Dr. Tang obtained my Ph.D. degree from Johns Hopkins University in the year of 2014. Currently, she is a tenure-track Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering at Southern University of Science and Technology. She is a high-level overseas talent introduced by the Shenzhen government. Since 2015, she has been holding Adjunct professorships at both Johns Hopkins University and Carnegie Mellon University. During the past five years, she has secured 21 research projects. She is the Associate Editor of the Neural Networks journal. She has also served as the Local Chair, Area Chair, and Session Chair of top-tier international conferences in the field of medical image processing and computing. These conferences include MICCAI, IEEE ISBI, IEEE EMBC, and ICPR. As a senior member of IEEE, she also serves as the Secretary General of the IEEE EMBS Shenzhen Chapter.

Prof. Dr. Yudong Zhang

Prof. Yudong Zhang work at University of Leicester and King Abdulaziz University. His research interests include deep learning and medical image analysis. He is the Fellow of IET, Fellow of EAI, and Fellow of BCS. He is the Senior Member of IEEE and ACM. He is the Distinguished Speaker of ACM. He was 2019, 2021 & 2022 recipient of Clarivate Highly Cited Researcher. He has (co)authored over 400 peer-reviewed articles. There are more than 60 ESI Highly Cited Papers and 6 ESI Hot Papers in his (co)authored publications. His citation reached 28680 in Google Scholar (h-index 95). He is the editor of Neural Networks, IEEE TITS, IEEE TCSVT, IEEE JBHI, etc. He has conducted many successful industrial projects and academic grants from NIH, Royal Society, British Council, GCRF, EPSRC, MRC, BBSRC, Hope, and NSFC. He has served as (Co-)Chair for more than 60 international conferences (including more than 20 IEEE or ACM conferences). More than 70 news presses have reported his research outputs, such as Reuters, BBC, Telegraph, Mirror, Physics World, UK Today News, etc.

Prof Dr. Chengjun Qiu

Prof Dr. Chengjun Qiu is the dean of the School of Mechanical and Marine Engineering, Beibu Gulf University. He is a visiting scholar at Wayne State University, USA. His research interests include sensor and detection technology, semiconductor materials, microelectronics, and MEMS. He published more than 70 papers, including more than 40 SCI papers. He is a member of the China Association of Automation; the China Semiconductor Society; and the Guangxi Artificial Intelligence Society. He has finished the Key Science and Technology research project of the Ministry of Education, National Innovation Fund for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, Doctoral Guide Fund of the Ministry of Education.
